We'll use a wide range of methods to train you too: for example, you might be coached by another team member or manager, use computer aided training packages, undertake research, take a secondment or just take the opportunity to practice a particular skill.

Whenever we can, we encourage and support our people to pursue professional or academic qualifications. Depending on your circumstances, you could be eligible for financial assistance and paid leave for study and exams.
